Hip Thrust love

Week #5 has passed, which means after next week I already have a third of my jorney in prep complete. This is crazy to me. I feel like I have just started. Let me get into some more details on the past developments in the usual sections that follow:

Diet

As my weight drop and progress has slowed down, we decided to decrease my calories to just over 2000 kcal. My new macro split shows the following table:

As calories are still over 2000, giving me a lot of energy. I sometimes do feel some hunger, mainly in the morning when I wake up, but as soon as I eat the first bite of breaky everything is back to normal again. No hard feelings about food. I enjoy every bite, I don’t miss much. My favorite dishes I continue to fit in my macros.

Lately, I am mostly eating some kind of veggie and meat mix with rice and quark. See some of my favorites in the pictures.

Workout

The workouts have been great. They have not change since the start of prep. My Split looks as follows.

  • Glutes & Quads
  • Upper I
  • Restday
  • Glutes & Hamstrings
  • Upper II
  • Restday
  • Legs & Delts

I enjoy the workouts. What I have actually changed in Prep is the time of the day I am working out. While I felt most energy in the mornings before Prep, I am now feeling most energized in the evenings.

Bodyform

My body is changing, altough it has changed the most in the first three weeks of Prep. This is we have reduced calories.

Summary

All in all, I feel great. Hunger increases a little but it is just an info for me to spread my meals more over the whole day. I focus more on snacks, and volumous foods.
