Kojnak noodles as perfect diet food

I am precisely seven days out today.

I can’t believe three weeks have passed since my last competition. Time is running. Past weekend, it was my sister’s wedding, which was absolutely beautiful but caused a little internal struggle not to get any of the delicious cakes and salads on the buffet. It is all about priority, though. And I prepped and am on a diet for months and have my goals in mind.

Not much has changed in diet and activity. Since my last competition, I eat 1400 kcals and do 40mins of cardio on upper body workout days and on restdays. My weight dropped again, and I am now eight kilograms lighter than when I started Prep.

Favorite Meal probably during all Prep:

As I am following a flexible dieting approach, I am always hunting for yummy meals that fit my macros. Just right after the last competition, I found Kojnak noodles in the supermarket, promoted as the super diet noodles with pretty much zero calories. I gave them a shot. And boy, I created a meal that I have every day since then, and it is absolutely delicious. The recipe is here:

  • 1 pack of Kojnak noodles
  • 20g light cream cheese (I use the one with 0,2% fat)
  • 30g wild salmon
  • Some green veggies
  • 60g Quäse
  • 3g olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Spices: red pepper, salt, herbs of your choice

How to prepare: Rinse konjak noodles, put them in a pan and heat up, add everything except salmon, and stir carefully. Put on a plate, and then place salmon on top. All this adds up to 200-300 kcal, depending on the veggies you choose. So delicious and perfect diet food! I like to serve it with some lettuce too.

Give it a try!

Overall feeling

Seven days out and I think we finally got my physique where it needs to be. I definitely feel more drained than I did before the first show. By the way, my coach followed put together a video of my very first show and it shows the whole day super well. LINK HERE.

This is not surprising as I am leaner now, activity is up and calories went down. I am extremely excited for my next competition. I feel so much more confident in my posing now, which i practised every day since the last competition. And I think I will definitely feel a lot more confident on stage too. If I will do another competition after in this season, i don’t know yet. I might start my off season, I might do one more I am eyeballing. It all depends on how I will do next weekend and what the judges will say to my physique.

All I can say is that I am so pumped for the next competition. I am ready!
